- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 cups Granny Smith apples, chopped small
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cans refrigerated Pillsbury Grand Biscuits (16.3 oz), cut into quarters or sixths
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- Optional: 1 cup walnuts, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 12-cup fluted bundt pan with cooking spray.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters or sixths and set aside.
- Toss chopped apples with cinnamon and brown sugar, then add 1/4 cup butter and microwave for 2–3 minutes until softened. Let cool for 5 minutes.
- Combine the apple mixture with biscuit pieces, gently tossing to separate dough pieces evenly.
- Add mixture into the prepared bundt pan.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter and 1 cup brown sugar, then pour evenly over the dough.
- Bake for 28–32 minutes until the center is fully cooked and golden brown.
- Cool for 5 minutes, then invert onto a plate and serve warm.
Notes
- Walnuts can be added for extra crunch and flavor.
- Make sure biscuit pieces are fully separated for even baking.
- Best served warm for maximum gooey texture.
