  • 2 cans refrigerated Pillsbury Grand Biscuits (16.3 oz), cut into quarters or sixths
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • Optional: 1 cup walnuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 12-cup fluted bundt pan with cooking spray.
  2. Cut each biscuit into quarters or sixths and set aside.
  3. Toss chopped apples with cinnamon and brown sugar, then add 1/4 cup butter and microwave for 2–3 minutes until softened. Let cool for 5 minutes.
  4. Combine the apple mixture with biscuit pieces, gently tossing to separate dough pieces evenly.
  5. Add mixture into the prepared bundt pan.
  6. In a small bowl, mix melted butter and 1 cup brown sugar, then pour evenly over the dough.
  7. Bake for 28–32 minutes until the center is fully cooked and golden brown.
  8. Cool for 5 minutes, then invert onto a plate and serve warm.
