- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced potatoes and cook 12–15 minutes until golden and tender.
- Push potatoes aside and add ground beef; cook until browned.
- Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper; sauté 4–5 minutes.
- Season with paprika, Italian seasoning, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in beef broth and stir to combine, simmer 3–4 minutes.
- Top with cheddar cheese, cover, and let melt for 2 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

- Cut potatoes evenly for consistent cooking.
