- 5 cups spiral pasta, cooked and cooled
- 18 oz imitation crab, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup green pepper, diced
- 1/3 cup onion, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 1/2 tsp dried dill, crushed
Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain and rinse under cold water.
- Dice celery, green pepper, onion, and chop parsley while pasta cooks.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ranch dressing, and crushed dill until smooth.
- Combine cooled pasta, crab, and vegetables in a large bowl.
- Pour dressing over mixture and gently fold until evenly coated.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to develop.
Notes
- Rinsing pasta stops cooking and keeps texture firm.
- Crushing dill enhances flavor infusion.
- Best served well chilled after resting.
