Instructions

  1. Cook peaches with brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice until softened. Cool completely.
  2. Whisk egg yolks and sugar. Dissolve cornstarch in milk and combine with yolks. Cook until thickened. Add vanilla and salt, then chill.
  3. Whip cream with icing sugar until stiff peaks form. Crush biscuits into chunks.
  4. Layer biscuits, custard, and peaches in a dish, then repeat layers.
  5. Top with whipped cream and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
