Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 medium zucchini, spiralized
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
- Parsley (optional)
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Season salmon with salt and pepper.
- Sear salmon in olive oil and butter until cooked through, then set aside.
- Sauté garlic in remaining butter.
- Add zucchini noodles and cook briefly until tender.
- Add lemon juice, zest, and seasoning.
- Return salmon to pan and coat with sauce.
- Heat together for 1–2 minutes.
- Garnish and serve immediately.
Notes
- Do not overcook zucchini noodles.
- Fresh salmon gives best texture.
- Add extra vegetables if desired.
- Adjust lemon and garlic to taste.
