Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 medium zucchini, spiralized

Instructions

  1. Season salmon with salt and pepper.
  2. Sear salmon in olive oil and butter until cooked through, then set aside.
  3. Sauté garlic in remaining butter.
  4. Add zucchini noodles and cook briefly until tender.
  5. Add lemon juice, zest, and seasoning.
  6. Return salmon to pan and coat with sauce.
