Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine pineapple, cucumber, and red onion.
- In a small bowl, whisk chili powder, lime juice, honey, and salt until smooth.
- Pour dressing over the salad and gently toss to coat.
- Let sit for 10–15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro or mint before serving.
