- 6 large eggs
- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon dried minced onion
- 1 refrigerated crescent roll dough sheet
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat and let cool slightly.
- Press crescent dough into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Evenly layer sausage over dough.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic, and onion together.
- Pour egg mixture evenly over layers.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until set and golden brown.
- Let rest slightly before slicing into 12 pieces.
