- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line baking sheets.
- Cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
- Mix in Greek yogurt and vanilla.
- Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt separately.
- Combine dry and wet ingredients until just mixed.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheet.
- Bake 9–12 minutes until golden edges form.
- Cool before serving.
Notes
- Regular yogurt can be used.
- Dough will be sticky.
- Store up to 4 days at room temp.
