Soft and chewy yogurt chocolate chip cookies made with Greek yogurt and no eggs. A lighter twist on classic cookies that still stay rich, tender, and full of chocolate chips.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line baking sheets.
  2. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
  3. Mix in Greek yogurt and vanilla.
  4. Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt separately.
  5. Combine dry and wet ingredients until just mixed.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop dough onto baking sheet.
  8. Bake 9–12 minutes until golden edges form.
  9. Cool before serving.

Notes

  • Regular yogurt can be used.
  • Dough will be sticky.
  • Store up to 4 days at room temp.
