- 1/2 cup whey protein powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder

- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk melted butter, cocoa, and hot water until smooth.
- Whisk eggs, sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy.
- Mix in cocoa mixture.
- Combine flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Fold dry into wet ingredients in batches.
- Add chocolate chips.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until moist crumbs appear on toothpick.
- Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
- Do not overmix or overbake for best fudgy texture.
- Cooling fully is essential for clean slices.
- Store at room temp 3–4 days or refrigerate up to a week.
